Jazzy's Baked Parmesan Asparagus (under $15)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb of asparagus with the woody stems chopped off (see above)
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- Seasoning Salt and pepper
- Old Bay (just know, I use this on everything. it's just automatic.)
- Fresh Parmesan
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 420
Spread the asparagus in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil
Roll the asparagus around in the oil to coat
Chop up the garlic and spread it around, to infuse the oil while cooking
Season with everything above
Roast in the oven, turning the asparagus after 5 min
Cook for 10 to 15 min (until tender)
Immediately transfer to a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan
If you wanna be fancy:
Drizzle the balsamic before serving hot
